Shipping policy

EU SHIPPING: Fast delivery within 2–5 business days to all EU countries.

GLOBAL SHIPPING: 

Up to 10–14 business days for destinations outside of EU.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (GLS, PostNord, UPS, DHL). Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All applicable taxes are included in the price. Please note that local import fees or customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.

In rare cases, orders may be delayed in customs. This is beyond our control, but we always monitor our shipments closely and will follow up if any issues arise.

For glass objects and art pieces, please allow a few additional days for careful and secure packaging before dispatch.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

In accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are registered with the Central Agency Packaging Register (Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister) under registration number DE1642486437442. Our packaging materials are fully licensed for recycling through our dual system partner Der Grüne Punkt.
